In detail
Privacy
- Your traffic is encrypted between your device and our VPN servers.
- Websites and apps see the VPN server’s IP address instead of yours.
- We do not record the content of your traffic or the websites you visit.
- Website lookups (DNS) are answered inside the VPN, and logging of them is off by default.
Security
- Each device creates its own secret key, which never leaves the device.
- The key is kept in your device’s built-in secure storage.
- Sign-in attempts are limited to stop password guessing.
- Remove a device and it loses VPN access within seconds.
The app
- One-tap connect. The app shows “Connecting…” until you are protected and stops trying if no connection is made within 15 seconds.
- Live data counters and speeds while you are connected.
- A list of server locations, each with its status.
- Kill switch on Android through the system’s Always-on VPN and “Block connections without VPN” setting.
- Sign out, or remove the device and erase its key, from Settings.
