Crew VPN is a VPN service for your phone, tablet and computer. Install the app, sign in and tap Connect: your connection is encrypted between your device and our VPN servers, and the websites you visit see the VPN server’s IP address instead of yours.
Yes. Your traffic is encrypted from your device to our VPN servers, and each device creates its own secret key that never leaves the device. We do not record the content of your traffic or the websites you visit, and the connection between the apps and our service is protected with HTTPS.
Crew VPN is designed to be harder to detect and block than a typical VPN connection. We cannot guarantee it will work on every network.

Download Crew VPN from the app stores: Google Play on Android, and the App Store on iPhone and iPad (search for “Crew VPN”). For Windows, macOS and Linux, see the Download page. Then sign in and tap Connect.
We keep what we need to run your account: your email address, the Google or Apple account you signed in with, when you last started a free session and your purchase records, and for each device its name, platform, connection key, VPN address, last connection time and how much data it has sent and received in total. We also keep a security log of account actions (such as sign-ins and adding a device) with the IP address of the request. We never store card details.
We do not record the content of your traffic or the websites you visit. Logging of website lookups (DNS queries) is off by default.
No. Crew VPN has not had an independent security audit or certification. The security page explains how we protect your connection and your account.
On Android, turn on Always-on VPN with “Block connections without VPN” in your phone’s VPN settings. The app links you to that setting.
Free use: 10 free minutes every day, with a short ad before each free session. Sign in with Google, Apple or email in the app; no payment details are needed. Paid plans have no ads and no time limit: Economy (3 days, one-time, does not renew), Business (renews monthly) and First Class (renews yearly), each for 1 or 2 devices, bought in the app through Google Play or the App Store.

Subscriptions are cancelled in Google Play or in your Apple ID settings; refunds are handled by Google or Apple. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or on this website.
